Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Canyoningcr Adventures! By booking a tour with us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and transparent experience. Please read carefully.

1. Booking and Payment

  • Reservations: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment. The deposit is non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the cancellation policy.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, PayPal, or cash on-site (as specified at the time of booking).

  • Pricing: Prices listed are per person and include taxes. Group discounts are available upon request.

 

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation by Client: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 20% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellation by Canyoningcr Adventures: We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to extreme weather, safety risks, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative date.

3. Safety and Participant Requirements

  • Minimum Age: Participants must be 10 years or older and in good physical health.

  • Health Conditions: Please inform us of any medical conditions (e.g., heart issues, pregnancy, back problems) that may affect your ability to safely participate. Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in refusal of participation.

  • Personal Responsibility: All participants are expected to follow guide instructions and wear safety equipment provided. Canyoning is an adventure activity that involves risks, and participants acknowledge and assume these risks.

4. Liability Waiver

Participants must sign a liability waiver prior to beginning the tour. By signing, participants agree to release Canyoningcr Adventures and its employees from responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during the tour, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Photography and Media

  • Permission to Photograph: Canyoningcr Adventures may take photos and videos during tours for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of such media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us in advance.

  • Use of Media: Clients will receive access to professional photos taken during the tour. These images are for personal use only and may not be used commercially without permission.

 

6. Code of Conduct

  • Respect for Nature: We operate in protected natural areas and expect participants to respect wildlife, vegetation, and leave no trace.

  • Behavior: Canyoningcr Adventures reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disruptive or unsafe behavior.

7. Privacy Policy

All personal data collected during booking will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information provided will be used solely for booking and safety purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

8. Changes to Terms

Canyoningcradventuresreserves the right to modify these terms and conditions as necessary. Any changes will be communicated through our website or directly to clients when applicable.
